An extension of Algebra 1, Algebra 2 will review and expand skills already mastered while introducing new skills. Algebra 2 provides the basis for a continuing program in higher math, including Trigonometry and Calculus.
Prerequisite: Victory Math 8-12: Geometry
This eBook covers new skills such as: the simplifying and solving of inequalities, finding the roots of quadratic expressions as well as complex roots, logarithms and algorithms, exponential equations, and basic trigonometric functions. Many of the topic titles are the same as the beginning algebra series, but at a level consistent with intermediate algebra courses.
Our Algebra 2 Film and Audio Series is a selection of Audio, VHS, and/or DVD material carefully grouped onto CDs as a requirement for various courses. The content is rich with up-to-date information that helps direct students in their learning process, while specifically complementing the text provided in the modules.

For the convenience of our homeschool students, we have included a selection of streaming videos in some courses. These videos are accessed through the lesson, and are viewed online. Curriculum developers enhance lessons with relevant visuals that add flavor to specific lessons. Because Dial-Up users may experience delays in downloading streaming videos, these particular films are considered supplemental to the course and are provided purely for added enjoyment and learning enhancement. As Learning By Grace discovers new and exciting material to enrich the student’s learning experience, these will be added to the courses.
